Napolitan's book Mr. Joseph Napolitan, the founder of the IAPC and the EAPC visited Moscow on September23-25 at the invitation of Mr. Igor Mintusov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nikkolo-M Consulting Center, and Mr Andrey Bulychev, the EAPC President to participate in the release of the Russian edition of his famous book 'Election Game: How to Win It'. The book was translated and published by Nikkolo-M. "September 24 was very heavy day for Joe Napolitan. He met Nikkolo-M directors and the staff in the morning, held a press-conference at Moscow News Agency that was attended by over 40 journalists from national newspapers, TV channels and magazines. He also read a lecture at Moscow State University which was attended by over 250 students and teachers. Igor Mintusov hosted a reception in the evening where Joe Napolitan met number of influential politicians from the State Duma (Parliament) of Russia, political consultants and officials. 30 minutes live American jazz session was arranged in his honor by musicians from Armenia. During the day Joe Napolitan has signed over hundred of his books."
