A.V. Kondiakov was graduated from the Editorial Publishing Faculty of the Moscow Printing Industry Institute. Worked for TASS, the agencies of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, and was an Advisor to the Chairman of the USSR Committee of Youth Organizations. He was one of the main organizers of the exchange of prospective political and business leaders between USSR (and later Russia) and the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany. He is author of the concept for establishing the Russian movement "Future Leaders of the New Millennium". He is a member of the Organizing Committee of the World Anti- Organized Crime and Anti-Terrorism Forum. Mr. Kondiakov developed programs and technologies on informational analysis and consulting assistance to industrial, financial, public and political structures.
Since 1991, Dr. Kondyakov is the Chief Executive Officer of NOVOCOM, Inc. (an information & analytical center) which currently acts as a consulting firm to the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Russian Government.
Dr. Kondyakov was one of the leaders of successful governor electoral campaigns in a number of Russian regions. He is also an advisor to the President of Moldova.
