Graduated from the Institut d’études politiques de Paris, Mr. Mistler is Head of International Relations of Canal + Group since May 2007.

Previously, has been Parliamentary Advisor of the French Prime Minister (2005-2007), of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry (2004-2005) and of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs (2002-2004).

He has also been Assistant Chief of Staff to the President of the Senate from 1998 to 2002.

Simultaneously, Mr. Mistler, born in Paris on September 18, 1972, is City Councillor for the city of Cherbourg-Octeville in Normandy since 2001
