Mr. Bongrand, successively founder-president
of Services et Methodes and MBSA Conseils, is a consultant in political
marketing, non-profit marketing, public affairs and government relations,
and lobbying. He has worked in and managed many political campaigns
in Europe, North America and Africa and is, with Joseph Napolitan,
a co-founder and past president of the IAPC as well as an honorary
member of the AAPC. Mr. Bongrand is the author of Splendeurs et Miseres
de la Politique, Larousse 1986, and Political Marketing, Presses Universitaires
de France
Honorary
