Antoni Biarnés has a degree in Political Science and Sociology, and another one in Law. At the same time, he is Masters in Public Management. He has been a director of the Catalan Autonomic Administration and of the local Administration, and at the moment he is the director of the Institut Àgora, a consultancy specialized in advising in the fields of Politics and Public Management.
Antoni Biarnés is also Past-President of the Catalan Association of Public Management, and a member the European Association of Political Consultants. He has been trained in the area of political and electoral marketing in the United States.
