Studied law at the University of
Innsbruck, followed by a post-graduate diploma at the Diplomatic Academy
Vienna.
Gerlinde Manz-Christ joined the Austrian Foreign Service in 1986.
She served at the Austrian Embassies in Dakar, Tel Aviv, and New York,
became Deputy Chief of Protocol and then headed the Press and Information
Department in the Foreign Ministry.
Since September 2001 she is Head of Communications at the Government
of the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Decorations: Grand Decoration of Honour in Silver with Star for services
to the Republic of Austria, Jordanian Grand Officer of the Order of
the Star
Hobbies are trekking, modern dance and wholistic medicine.
Gerlinde Manz-Christ has one daughter.
