Sepp Hartinger, president of Hartinger
Consulting, is a member of EAPC since its founding. He worked for
the Austrian Socialdemocrates as the campaign responsibel for more
than a decade until he founded his own advertising agency in 1983.
When the communist systems is Eastern Europe came to grief in 1990,
he as a consultant helped to prepare the first democratic elections
in the Czech Republic, Slovenia and Bulgaria. In the following years
the agency laid more emphasis on economical tasks and became one of
the leading creative agencies of Austria. In 1995 Sepp Hartinger togehter
with a group of colleagues founded the EAPC and was until May 1998
the first president. At the moment he is Vice-President of the EAPC.
