Azerbaijan: Election Fraud?

According to a release of the OSCE, serious irregularities occurred during the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan last Sunday. Reports say that voters have been intimidated and ballot papers have been forged.
The opposition did not accept the official results and announced protests and, if necessary, a re-run of the elections.
Azerbaijan is an important partner for many countries due to its oil sources. Many Western governments have been paying court to the present government in order to secure their advantages.
