About Election Time 03

It was a longcherished plan of the EAPC. And a lot of work before Election Time could be presented to the public in the beginning of May 2004 in Istanbul on the occasion of the EAPC Annual Conference. The first Yearbook on political campaigning in Europe. Published by Sepp Hartinger, the founder of the EAPC, in cooperation with the EAPC and coordinated by José Manuel Talero García, this first edition offers 296 pages of exciting analyses of 18 European elections or referenda in 2003, all written by political consultants. In addition all analyses are accompanied by grafics as well as pictures of advertising material of the campaigns and are “The best work so far presented by the associations of political consultants all over the world. I heartly congratulate to this work”, as Joe Napolitan, former campaign chief of John F. Kennedy and founder of the IAPC as well as the AAPC, commented on this hot of the press work.
