Election Time ´04

In time for his year´s EAPC Conference the second Yearbook of Political Campaigning was ready to be presented, still hot of the press. The perfect setting of the new city hall of Matosinhos was provided by the city government and its Mayor Narciso Miranda. Vice President, Guillerme Pinto, outlined the important work of the Association and praised its achievments documented in this series of Yearbooks.
The second out of an annual series is even more complex and informative and includes 17 analysis of 22 European, national and regional elections and referendums from 15 countries on it´s 337 pages. All these analysis were written in English by 27 authors and co-authors, all of them experienced political consultants from all over the continent.
